Wholesale Only -- Tack Retailership Requirements
We have a strict policy of selling nylon and leather tack through qualified, industry-related retailers and marketers only. Our careful screening and application process assures us and our retailers that we are a wholesale business that only sells to qualified retailers.

A qualified Weaver Leather tack retailer meets the following requirements:

The retailer has a Federal Tax ID Number.
The retailer has a store. The business is not run out of a home, garage, basement or barn.
It is a separate business establishment.
The retailer has regular hours.
The retailer has a dedicated phone line for business.
The retailer has regular store fixtures, a business sign, a cash register and/or other items needed to run a business.
The retailer places a minimum opening order of $2000 in Weaver products.

Please note that mobile or web site businesses do not qualify. In order to ensure a potential retailer has a business establishment, we require photos of their store. Photos should include the inside and outside of the store as well as sales counters, cash register, product displays and signage. The completed application and store photos will be sent to the Weaver Independent Sales Representative in the area for final verification.
