Customer Care Specialist
Weaver Leather is seeking a customer care specialist who has a passion for providing world-class customer service.
Responsibilities to include handling inbound customer and consumer calls. Answer product questions; make recommendations based on customer need, trouble shoot product issues such as proper use, sizing, product care and maintenance.
Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a heart to serve customers. Previous experience in a customer call center is a plus.
