Customer Care Support Specialist
Weaver Leather is looking for a full-time Customer Care Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities to include processing customer returns and exchange requests via inbound phone calls and customer emails, processing refunds to customers credit cards, applying credits to open invoices and entering exchange orders. Assisting the EDI Specialist by processing daily EDI invoices and purchase orders as needed. Assisting the call center with inbound phone calls and order entry as needed.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center environment or a customer service/public contact position; strong/accurate data entry skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner. A strong desire to serve each customer with excellence.
