Phone Order Specialist
Weaver Leather is looking for a full-time, Phone Order Specialist to join our Customer Care team.
Responsibilities include handling a large volume of inbound customer calls; assisting customers with placing orders, checking order status, tracking shipments, catalog requests, price checks, etc. and promoting product specials to improve phone sales dollars.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or related position and will have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude; strong computer and data entry skills; ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing; ability to handle multiple situations in a calm and professional manner.
