Live Chat Specialist
Weaver Leather is looking for a full-time, Live Chat Specialist to join our Customer Care team.
Responsibilities include providing prompt responses and resolutions to inquiries via live chat by answering product questions, making product recommendations and troubleshooting product issues such as proper use, sizing, product care and maintenance.
Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a heart to serve customers. Previous experience in a call center/live chat position. Ability to type 35+ WPM with 80% accuracy and handle multiple inbound chats with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to be available during peak chat hours.
